Ask yourself... will I be proud of myself for being a part of this deal? Will this be good for the environment? Will this be good for the Society of living beings on earth? Does the project have ethical governance? Is it profitable? Is this equitable? Does it have a positive impact on its local indigenous population? (Create a situation where you can answer YES to all of the above questions ).

Make sure that there is a clear path to profitability!

Assure that the underlying assets are secured and hold stand-alone par value.

Be certain to pool all underlying assets into trust/escrow accounts, secure all collateral for the deal, and perfect all secured interests.

Properly compensate Indigenous populations via gainful employment, project stock options, extensions of grants/gifts, and/or by maintaining indigenous representation on councils of consequence, etc.
